Name: Example Calls mapfile in Ped format
This file contains the Calls for the Mitochondrial DNA for a single person in the ped-file format. This is the map-file and must be used in conjunction with the corresponding ped-file. It was generated by using the gconv utility on the example file eg_call.ukb using the command:
gconv eg_call.ukb eg_call_ped ped
