Name: Diet Questionnaire Cycles
The diet questionnaire information was gathered during 5 'rounds'. The initial round was carried out within the Assessment Centres at the end of the recruitment visit - this was only introduced during the latter part of recruitment and most participants were not presented with it. The subsequent rounds were conducted by sending an email invitation asking participants to complete the questionnaire online. During the first and second rounds participants were asked to complete the questionnaire up to 3 days after the invite date. During the third and fourth rounds participants were allowed 14 days after the invite.
