Abstract
Summary PhenoAge acceleration consistently associates with incident CRSwNP and CRSsNP, but not AR. Accelerated biological aging mediates 19.5% and 26.4% of smoking's pathogenic effects on CRSsNP and CRSwNP, respectively. </p>
