This file contains the information from the PCA analysis on 101284 SNPs. It is provided so that researchers can project their own samples onto the sample principal components as used within UKBiobank. The file is in MAP format for use with the SHELLFISH program (http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/~davison/software/shellfish/shellfish.php) for performing PCA. Columns are tab-separated and defined as follows:
- Chromosome number;
- rs ID;
- cM location (can be anything, but the column must be present if the Shellfish program is used);
- Physical location;
- Allele 1;
- Allele 2;
- llele frequency used when computing the PCA
- PC1 loading;
- PC2 loading;
- . . .
- PC15 loading.
