About
The UK Biobank project is a large prospective cohort study, and it tracks the health of~ 500,000 individuals from across the United Kingdom. Multimodal data including health records, medical image and genetics have been collected. The correlation and complementarity between multimodal data make it possible to describe the characteristics of the disease more comprehensively at the same time. However, there are some problems such as modality incompleteness and modal weights imbalance in the process of multimodal medical data analysis. We aim to build new algorithm frameworks to impute missing data, and to predict the overall disease status and survival of participants with obesity, dyslipidemia, hyperglycemia, or hypertension at the baseline visit. Our work will last for 36 months and help us to more accurately excavate the complex characteristics of diseases, and to support for subsequent intelligent decisions and predictions more powerful.10 Publications
