About
The occurrence of tumors is driven by a combination of genetic susceptibility, environmental exposure, and dynamic biomarkers. but the mechanism of multi-factorial interaction has not been systematically elucidated.Therefore,this study aims to explore the influence and mechanism of various factors such as genetics, environment, unhealthy lifestyle, and immune mediation on promoting tumor occurrence and development. This study is not only the cornerstone of understanding tumor biology, but also the core driving force for achieving the transformation of the medical paradigm from treatment to prevention. The risk analysis mechanism through resources such as UKB can promote the tumor prevention and control window to advance from the clinical period to the incubation period and ultimately reduce the global incidence rate and mortality of tumors. The scientific value of studying tumor risk mechanisms lies in etiological prevention, developing drugs targeting mechanism pathways based on multi gene risk scores and biomarkers to stratify high-risk populations.1 Publication
