Notes
Provides the diagnostic source of COVID-19 cases in the COVID-19 re-imaging study. We receive data from multiple sources on whether a participant has been diagnosed with COVID-19, comprising PCR test results, hospital inpatient admissions and GP records. Participants were also invited to undertake a home-based lateral flow test (LFT) to identify antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 infection and those who had antibodies from the virus were eligible as cases. Many participants have more than one diagnostic source.
