Description

Participants were presented with a series of grids in which symbols were to be matched to numbers according to a key presented on the screen.

This measure was also performed in clinics using a touchscreen in Category 502.

Notes

The values for Field 20198, Field 20200, Field 20229 and Field 20230 must be considered together as the corresponding entries in them relate to the same challenge/response pair.

Because of the open-ended nature of the test it was possible to score quite well on the count of correctly matched symbols by very rapidly entering arbitrary selections to accumulate random matches. When assessing performance the value of Field 20159 should therefore be used in conjunction with Field 20195 to identify instances of this strategy.
