This document describes the touchscreen questionnaire as implemented in the last main-stage assessment centres. To maximise fidelity, the text was automatically generated by the ACE system itself from the internal script used to drive the self-entry questionnaire process.

Under the Validations and Actions columns, the term 'FUNC' denotes a value calculated from other information asked earlier in the questionnaire and/or input parameters (e.g. Date-of-Birth) from preceding stages of the recruitment process.
