Description
Here, we provide regionally averaged BOLD timeseries for multiple brain parcellation atlases.These will allow researchers to create functional connectomes to characterise statistical dependencies between the BOLD time series recorded from different brain regions.
A global signal timeseries is also provide which averages the BOLD time series over all voxels belonging to the anatomical brain mask.
