About
Fatigue is a symptom common during sickness, both acute and chronic. Fatigue often occurs in the absence of an identifiable organ system illness, or long after an illness has ended. The lack of objective features that can help identify and measure fatigue has remained a barrier for our understanding of fatigue. Small studies have come to conflicting results in evaluating activity patterns in patients with both subjective fatigue and ME/CFS. Similarly, the correlation between fatigue and sleep and circadian traits is also unclear. This study will evaluate activity measures derived from wrist activity monitors in patients with self-reported fatigue and in a cohort of patients with ME/CFS.1 Publication
