Abstract
We derived polygenic risk score (PRS) for 324713 individuals without IOP measurements. The PRS were significantly associated with IOP, and individuals in the top quintile of IOP PRS were 6.34 times more likely to have POAG. We determined that IOP PRSs are significantly associated with IOP and improve the prediction of POAG.
