Due to some data quality issues identified by research groups who have been using the returned OMOP derivation dataset, the dataset is now restricted. Researchers who still wish to use the dataset can do so by contacting the Access team. Please read the Community Forum article here for more information about the data issues before requesting access.

Tables in the OMOP Common Data Model that did not contain data are not provided.
