Notes

Amyloid beta-40, Amyloid beta-42, Glial fibrillary acidic protein and NeuroFilament Light were assayed on a Quanterix Simoa HD-X platform employing a 4plex E assay. A separate Simoa assay was performed for pTau-181.

For the pilot plate 1, samples were arranged in different well locations for the different assays, and field 31047 indicates both locations. For all other plates the well locations were the same for the different assays.

Field 31048 indicates plex samples with known issues. Where there is no comment flag it means that no issues were detected during plex processing, but data should still be checked for quality before use.
