Description
EDTA plasma samples, collected during UK Biobank imaging assessment, were sent to University College London UKDRI Fluid Biomarker Lab for assay in association with Project 76059.Each plasma sample was measured in singlicates for Quanterix Simoa Neurology 4-plex E (AB40, AB42, GFAP, NF-light) and Quanterix Simoa pTau-181V2 using Quanterix Simoa HD-X Analyzer.
The processed samples originated from participants engaged in the UK Biobank COVID-19 re-imaging study.
