Notes
For each different output from each modality (e.g., FA from dMRI), the images are collated into a single large subjectsXvoxels matrix. A supervoxel version of the data - much smaller than the original format, but in general losing no signal or spatial detail while also denoising, is also provided for each type of output.Tar files are provided that include the subjectsXvoxels and the supervoxel matrix files for each output. These also include a subjectIDXs file. The subjectIDXs file links with the PANDORA.samples file, which is dispensed to RAP projects with sufficient tiers.
- Project specific IDs are provided in the PANDORA.samples.
- The subjectIDXs file provides the row numbers of the PANDORA.samples file which have data available in the respective tar file.
