Notes
Acquisition protocol version provides a confound representing the "Study description" field in the T1 DICOMs. The UK Biobank imaging project has some variance in the naming convention of the study description field (e.g. upper/lower case). This variance has been standardised in the creation of this variable.
The variance in the naming convention of the "Study description" field correlates with acquisition date, but is not reliably ordered according to acquisition date.
Resource 2066 indicates the linkage between each Acquisition_protocol_version and the Dicom_study_description. Details of the first occurence and the frequency of occurrence of each acquisition protocol version are also provided.
